1. Agreement and Operator

Research Rebel is operated by Pep For That LLC (“Research Rebel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Educational Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a Research Rebel account. You are responsible for complying with laws, regulations, professional rules, institutional policies, and contractual obligations that apply to you.

3. Educational and Research Purpose Only

Calculators, conversion tools, reconstitution math, protocol summaries, evidence tables, community observations, and similar features are provided to help users understand or organize research information. A mathematically correct calculation does not establish that a dose, route, formulation, combination, frequency, storage condition, or protocol is safe, appropriate, lawful, or supported by evidence.

Nothing on the site creates a physician-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client-patient, fiduciary, laboratory-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

4. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or security.

5. Scientific Content, Community Data, and Accuracy

Research Rebel may summarize peer-reviewed literature, regulatory materials, manufacturer or laboratory documents, public databases, community reports, and other sources. Evidence is not uniform. Human evidence, animal or preclinical evidence, mechanistic findings, in-vitro findings, community observations, and unestablished claims should not be treated as interchangeable.

We aim to present sources accurately, but science changes and errors, omissions, outdated information, conflicting studies, database errors, or broken links can occur. You should review the underlying primary source and current regulatory information before relying on a summary. Community reports are observational and may be incomplete, biased, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

References to a study regimen or a community-reported amount are descriptive, not an endorsement or instruction. Inclusion in a compound directory, calculator, dossier, vendor resource, or comparison does not establish identity, purity, safety, efficacy, legality, or suitability.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use Research Rebel only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security or access controls; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest personal data in violation of law; impersonate another person; use the site to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use Research Rebel content in a misleading way that removes material context, evidence labels, or disclaimers.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including limiting access, preserving relevant records, or cooperating with lawful requests.

7. User Submissions and Saved Content

If you submit feedback, community observations, research notes, or other content, you retain ownership of rights you already hold. You grant Pep For That LLC a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the feature you chose, subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional submission terms shown at the point of collection.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential, private, or proprietary information. Do not submit protected health information, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information unless a feature expressly requests it and provides appropriate terms.

8. External Sites, Vendors, Affiliate Links, and Referrals

Research Rebel may link to third-party publications, databases, laboratories, vendors, communities, products, or services. Third parties are independent from Pep For That LLC, and we do not control their inventory, testing, representations, fulfillment, security, privacy practices, or legal compliance. A link, directory entry, or mention is not a guarantee or certification.

Some links are affiliate or referral links, and Pep For That LLC may receive credit or compensation when you use them. Affiliate relationships do not determine our evidence classifications. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Email and SMS Communications

By creating an account, you may receive necessary service communications related to authentication, security, account administration, or requested features. Marketing email preferences are separate and may be changed using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message.

If you affirmatively opt into SMS/text alerts, you authorize Research Rebel / Pep For That LLC and its messaging providers to send the categories of texts described at signup. Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Intellectual Property

The Research Rebel name, branding, original graphics, site design, original educational materials, compilation, and software are owned by or licensed to Pep For That LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, papers, databases, images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, you may use site content for personal, non-commercial educational reference. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, remove attribution from, or create a competing database from substantial portions of our original content without permission, except as allowed by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Research Rebel and its content, tools, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Pep For That LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that third-party information or external services will be accurate or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pep For That LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use Research Rebel. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Pep For That LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification may not lawfully be required.

14. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may add, remove, or modify features and content as the platform develops. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek renewed agreement. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer law applies. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Before filing a dispute, you and Pep For That LLC are encouraged to contact the other party and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally. These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive any right to a jury trial that otherwise exists.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with policies and feature-specific terms incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of Research Rebel.
