One purity number is not the whole analytical story.
For the GBK Elite community-testing workflow described by GBK, seven vials are submitted so the program can combine the analytical panel with replicate sampling and an assessment of vial-to-vial variance. The seven-vial workflow is a GBK program specification; it should not be read as a requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 or Vanguard's standard public Level 3 package.

Measures the amount of target analyte in the submitted sample rather than inferring content from purity alone.

WHY REPLICATES MATTER
Measure variance. Don't assume it.
A result from one submitted vial describes that sample. Replicate sampling can reveal whether measured content or other reportable characteristics vary across the sampled units. It still does not prove that every vial in an entire batch is identical.
READ THE COA CORRECTLY
Ask: tested for what?
Identity, purity, quantity, endotoxin, sterility and elemental screening are separate analytical questions. A passing result in one category cannot substitute for a test that was never performed.
Testing interpretation: Laboratory results apply to the submitted samples and the methods actually performed. Testing does not establish universal batch quality, clinical safety, efficacy, suitability for human or veterinary use, or future performance. ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation applies to the specific methods and matrices within the laboratory's accredited scope.
